"I had several problems when I got in touch with Regent Computers. A dead PC with all my emails and photos on (kids when they were young, holidays etc), a laptop that I couldn't get connected to my WiFi and a very unhappy family. Andy was promt, courtious and explained things in a way that a "normal" mum of two could understand. In no time the laptop was connected and the kids were happy. He even showed me how to hook the laptop up to the telly with HDMI(?) A day later he returned with my PC all working and I hadn't lost a thing! The best thing is I didn't have to leave the house, just pick up the phone! He certaiinly knows his stuff!

"I was with my first young daughter when I dropped my PC off to Andy at 6pm while my partner was being induced in hospital. He was friendly, put on a dvd to keep my little girl happy while he explained the process to me. We also talked about websites and this guy turns techie into normal speak.Superb. He had the PC ready for me to pick up the next morning after I was welcoming my new baby girl into the world. He understood my situation and sent me a text to let me know it was ready for collection instead of not bothering to call because my mobile was off. He comes highly recommended."

"I was moving over to Richard Bransons services and I didn't have a clue. Andy came over, explained things to me, helped me order the right package and the self install package as he found that I already had the right cable sockets. (Saving me £30 installation). I called him when the package arrived, He came over within the hour, fitted it and hooked up my TV and broadband properly (it was cable city behind my TV unit before he sorted it out). He set my laptop to connect to the internet and also gave me a few internet pointers to boot. Fantastic service and very cheap."

"My sons laptop was switching on, but we couldn't log into it after taking it to major retailer and forking out £20 for a "health check". They weren't as "geeky" as they advertised! I dropped it off to Andy after work, he called me a few hours later to say that it was fixed and he'd done a proper health check free of charge. None of my sons coursework was lost and I didn't have to suffer a grumpy teenager for long! I would definately recommend him to anyone."

I had all my GCSE course work on it and I was well worried about losing it all. I dropped it off Andy and he said he would call me the next day when it was done. He called me the next day, I went over and he'd saved everything, got rid of the virus and my laptop was well quick. He a genius!"
